- AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS! I have had a warranty covered leak in my pool for over 6 months that they have refused to repair. They do not return phone calls, they provide poor customer service and do a horrible job building the pool. They do not honor the ethics as per the NSPI (National Swimming Pool Institute) even though that's the biggest plaque you see in the office - showing their "accreditation". Take it from me, hire someone...anyone else to build your pool. You don't need this headache!!
