“4 All Seasons, Inc.” is an Upscale Children’s Consignment Event that will be held on Saturday, August 1st, 2009 at the Citrus Heights Academy in Clermont.  The brainchild of Melinda Gill and Kristi Campbell, both Clermont residents and Mommies to toddlers, this event will give parents the opportunity to make money on their children’s gently loved items, such as children’s clothing (newborn to size 7), toys, shoes, books, DVDs, CDs, baby gear, furniture, décor, maternity wear and more.

“In this economy, people need to find cash anywhere they can, and there might be cash in your children’s things” says Kristi Campbell, co-owner.  “Our goal is to provide a professional shopping environment and assist participants with advertising, displaying and selling of their children’s gently loved items, without all of the hassle.  Also, shrink your carbon footprint…Recycle your kids previously loved merchandise and shop without the guilt.  What a better way to save money and improve the environment than consigning and shopping 4 All Seasons.”

Melinda Gill and Kristi Campbell have shopped at consignment stores throughout central Florida and are excited to bring this event to Lake County.  “While most consignment stores take a large cut of the resale profit, those who register to sell at the 4 All Seasons Event will make up to 65% of the selling price for each item” says Melinda Gill, co-owner.  “Furthermore, in an effort to ensure that our business helps our local community, a portion of our proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lake and Sumter Counties, South Lake Unit.  Also, the consignors will have an opportunity to donate any items which do not sell to a local non-profit thrift store.”

4 All Seasons is a very high quality sale.  Items will be checked for condition as they enter the sale, so you know as you look through the racks you will always find superior quality, far beyond what you would find at your local garage sale.  “We will strive to give our shoppers an organized retail environment with a great inventory at unbeatable prices.  No one should go home empty handed.  Once you participate in one of our sales, you’ll be hooked” says Campbell.

“We understand that parents need an affordable place to stock up on clothes and toys for the holidays, birthdays, special occasions, and for the next season in their children’s lives, without skimping on quality” says Gill.

The 4 All Seasons Event staff will consist of area parents who wish to volunteer.  “We will give our consignors and volunteers a chance to shop early and earn a higher percentage of their overall profit, as a way of saying thank you for their participation” says Campbell.  4 All Seasons also believes in helping to promote Mommy/Children related local businesses by offering sponsorship opportunities and vendor table rental. 

The event will be held on Saturday, August 1st, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m at the Citrus Heights Academy/Church of the Nazarene, in the auditorium, located at 101 S.
