Clermont Herb Shoppe & Day Spa is offering a variety of educational classes and workshops to help you build a healthier you. On Wednesday, April 1st, from 6-7pm, $15, Advanced Aromatherapy with Cristine - learn more about essential oils including which oils are effective on combating stress and emotions. Every Friday from 5:30-6:30pm, free, Business Building with Michele Boeddeker - learn more about Nature's Sunshine Products and how to earn extra income. On Saturday, April 4th from 9-11am, $20 (spouse is free), Immune Building Basics - learn how to build your immunity with foods, supplements and herbs to protect against viruses and bacteria. Wednesday, April 15th from 6-7pm, $15, Build & Tone Weight Management - learn the basics to maintaining an ideal weight and secrets to keeping your body lean and fit. Class includes a take-home gift. Saturday, April 18th, from 9-10am, free, Herbal Hour- Natural Pain Relief - enjoy an informative video to discover various natural alternatives to pain management and relief. Tuesday, April 21st, from 6-9pm, $25, CPR - learn how to save a life with Basic Life Support, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator by Patricia Pioro, RN, BSN. Wednesday, April 22nd from 6-8pm, $175, Self Discovery through Journaling with Journal Facilitator, Lee Butler - a 5-week motivational workshop to guide you through various exercises to tap into your intuition, open up creativity, and bring clarity to everyday life. Saturday, April 25th from 9-10:30am for $10,Vitamin 101 - learn the important roles that vitamins play in our bodies as well as foods rich in specific vitamins.Immediately after, from 11-12pm, $25, Introduction to Handwriting Analysis with Dani Rodriguez learn the science involved in producing a personality profile of the writer by examining characteristics, traits, and strokes of an individuals handwriting.Sunday, April 26th, from 9-2pm, Earth Day Celebration!
